How long will my delivery take?

Delivery time is made up of two important components:

1) Processing time (1-3 business days):

Order Confirmation
Adjustments
Quality check
Packing
2) Delivery time (10-15 working days depending on the delivery destination):

The duration of delivery is calculated from the pickup at our shipping center to the desired destination and may vary accordingly depending on the delivery destination.

* All stated delivery times exclude customs and related customs delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. There you will also find one or more shipment numbers that you can use to track the current status of your package. There you will also find the time when the package is expected to be delivered. If the parcel carrier does not meet you at home, you can see via the shipment tracking whether the package was left with a neighbor or in a branch, for example.

I want to cancel - how do I proceed?

Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive a full refund as we will need to ship the product back to our warehouse and then process the refund. Any costs incurred due to return shipping will not be covered by us.

If the product shows obvious signs of use, it cannot be exchanged.

Since a fully automated system is used, orders are triggered immediately after the order is placed. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery, cancellation before receipt of the goods is therefore not possible.
